Analysis method
Profile antibody developability and static Trp risk
Compare 24 interpretable developability descriptors and sequence liabilities, or screen CDR tryptophans for structure-based oxidation risk.
Inputs and results
Input checks
- Paired VH and VL sequences, 70–180 residues each
- Heavy subtype IgG1–IgG4 and light subtype kappa or lambda
- One PDB structure per antibody with standard amino acids and H/L chain identifiers
- IMGT residue numbering for CDR assignment
- Up to 4 structures, 2 MB per PDB, and 8 MB per Job
Expected results
- Developability feature profile — Compare 24 named descriptors, sequence liabilities, and chain humanness values.
- Static CDR Trp screen — Review site-level risk flags from the SASA > 50 Ų and electrostatic potential < 0 kT/e rule.
- Saved project results — Return to the Run later, compare rows, and export the full result data.
