Method & evidence
Score canonical 9-mer peptides with the checksum-pinned SwiftMHC model and optionally retain its unrefined peptide–MHC-I structures.
Scope & limitations
- No other alleles, peptide lengths, post-translational modifications, or energy minimization are released.
Interpreting results
- The score is a unitless transformed model target, not a measured IC50 or Kd.
- The binder call uses the published model threshold and requires experimental confirmation.
- Generated structures are unrefined model outputs and should not be treated as crystallographic observations.

Input requirements & outputs
Input checks
- Exactly nine canonical amino acids
- HLA-A*02:01 only
- At most 64 rows
Expected results
- Annotated peptide Dataset — Model score, binder call, row evidence, and optional structure Artifact reference.
- Immutable native evidence — Checkpoint, reference, runtime, row, structure, request, and result digests.
