Method & evidence
Generate protein binders, small-molecule binders, ligand-only binders, or enzyme scaffolds from checksum-bound three-dimensional conditioning inputs.
Scope & limitations
- All four advertised modes were exercised through the exact-image native API qualification matrix.
- The released operation is RFdiffusion3; nucleic-acid RFdiffusion3NA remains outside this capability.
Interpreting results
- Generated structures are design hypotheses, not affinity, catalytic-rate, or functional measurements.
- Compare candidates within a single mode and parameter profile before applying structural ranking.
- Ligand identity checks establish that the requested component is represented; experimental validation remains required.

Input requirements & outputs
Input checks
- One PDB input whose checksum is retained in the Run
- Mode-specific target segments and ligand identity supplied when required
- 1–4 generated structures with an explicit seed
Expected results
- Generated all-atom structures — Inspect each ordered design with its mode, seed, sequence, and checksum.
- Interactive molecular artifacts — Open each PDB artifact in the 3D viewer and download the immutable file.
- Conditioning and ligand evidence — Review target, ligand, active-site, and result-identity checks for the chosen mode.
