Run an RFdiffusion, ProteinMPNN, and RF2 cascade from an antigen target and antibody framework.
Method details
Input checks
- One target structure and one antibody framework structure
- One to eight target hotspot residues such as A123
- Explicit heavy- or light-chain loop ranges such as [H3:5-12]
Expected results
- Final RF2 structure — Open the final predicted antibody–target structure after all three stages.
- Designed sequence and stage summary — Review the proposed sequence and the completed cascade stages.
