PXDesign
Design protein binders against protein targets.

Method & evidence
Generate target-conditioned binder structures for up to four heterogeneous protein targets in one model-loaded native batch.
Scope & limitations
- The released workflow designs binders for protein targets; small-molecule conditioning is not advertised.
- The native batch reuses one model load across up to four heterogeneous targets.
Interpreting results
- PXDesign scores and structures prioritize candidates within the same configured campaign; they are not experimental affinities.
- Hotspot and crop constraints must be reviewed in the submitted target numbering.
- Use independent structure prediction and experiments before advancing a binder.

Input requirements & outputs
Input checks
- 1–4 checksum-verified protein target structures
- Canonical chain and residue identifiers for any crop or hotspot constraints
- 1–4 designs per target within one bounded native batch
Expected results
- Binder design Dataset — Review target-row identity, designed sequences, stages, metrics, and row-level status.
- Designed complex structures — Inspect checksum-bound target–binder structures in the 3D viewer.
- Batch execution evidence — Retain model-load count, row order, request, result, image, and artifact digests.
