Jointly generate protein sequence and all-atom coordinates around a checksum-bound ligand pose with the pinned Proteina-Complexa ligand checkpoint.

Input checks
- Exactly one checksum-verified PDB input
- At least one ligand heavy atom with the requested component identity
- 1–4 designs of 40–120 protein residues per Run
Expected results
- Generated sequence–structure cohort — Compare every designed protein sequence and its all-atom protein–ligand complex.
- Interactive complex structures — Open checksum-bound PDB artifacts in the 3D structure viewer.
- Ligand-conservation evidence — Verify requested component identity and ligand heavy atoms for each candidate.
