Method & evidence
Predict affinity, antigen processing, and presentation across bounded peptide and allele panels with MHCFlurry 2.2.1.
Scope & limitations
- Outputs are model estimates, not measured peptide binding, T-cell activation, or clinical immunogenicity.
Interpreting results
- Lower predicted affinity in nM indicates stronger binding; higher presentation score indicates greater predicted presentation.
- Lower percentiles indicate stronger predictions relative to the model reference distribution.

Input requirements & outputs
Input checks
- 8–15 canonical amino acids per peptide
- One to six supported MHC-I alleles
- Optional N- and C-terminal flank columns must be supplied together
Expected results
- Annotated peptide Dataset — Affinity, processing, presentation, percentile, and best-allele evidence.
- Downloadable results — Complete scores and model details.
