Method & evidence
Score proteins with the global-population DRB1 pIRS model and optional human-reference filter.
Scope & limitations
- The released model covers global-population DRB1 only and excludes DP, DQ, and DRB3/4/5.
- It is not a calibrated clinical anti-drug-antibody predictor.
Interpreting results
- Higher pIRS and pIRS rank indicate greater predicted DRB1 presentation risk.
- Zeroed human-reference matches reflect the configured exact-match filter, not demonstrated immune tolerance.
