Study purpose

  • How do the model's key biological readouts change under standard 5mgkg induction typical full ode?

Assumptions

  • Conditional typical-parameter pediatric induction PK; no observed cohort curve, individual prediction or clinical-response probability is reproduced.
  • Reference weight is 51.2 kg and albumin 4.2 g/dL. Central-volume convention uses the reported final estimate 3.43 L.
  • Weight is held at the administration reference in the default interactive contexts. Amounts are fixed at 256 or 512 mg; another weight requires explicit dose recalculation.
  • Days 0, 14 and 42 and two-hour infusions are declared nominal scenario conventions, not a common published patient event array.
  • Use predose sides for day 14 and day 42 troughs. Observer integrals do not introduce clinical-response dynamics.
  • The low-albumin context is a marginal baseline IQR endpoint, not a clinical threshold or an observed joint patient.
  • Original random-effect draws, statistical fitting, VPCs and patient-level assay comparisons are not reconstructed.
